Welcome to Restaries. By making a booking or using our website (www.restaries.com), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

Restaries is located on a 16th-century Suffolk farm, offering self-catering accommodation and event spaces. These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with Restaries.

2. Booking Terms

Children

  • All ages are welcome.

  • Children must be under adult supervision at all times due to the presence of ponds and pools.

Pets

  • Dogs are welcome, must be approved before booking and an additional cleaning fee is added

  • Dogs must be kept on a lead around other animals.

Check-In & Check-Out Times

  • Check-in: 4:00 PM

  • Check-out: 10:00 AM

Cancellation Policy

  • A full refund is applicable if cancelled 30 days before arrival.

3. Booking and Payment

  • A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a booking confirmation email from Restaries.

  • Payments must be made using the accepted payment methods listed above.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

4. Changes and Cancellations

  • Any changes to the booking must be communicated to us as soon as possible.

  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival will not be eligible for a refund.

  • In the event of a no-show, no refund will be issued.

5. Use of the Property

  • Guests must respect the property and its surroundings.

  • Any damage to the property must be reported immediately. Guests may be liable for repair or replacement costs.

  • Noise levels should be kept to a minimum, particularly between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

6. Liability

  • Restaries is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by guests or their property during their stay.

  • Guests are advised to have appropriate travel insurance to cover any such incidents.

7. Data Protection

  • Restaries complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

8. Complaints

  • Any complaints regarding the accommodation or services should be made immediately to Restaries to allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue during your stay.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

  • Restaries reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately.
