Restaries is a collection of contemporary retreats created by Gem Boner and Thom Scherdel. Set on the grounds of a 16th-century Suffolk farm, which has previously seen Cider production and New World Music distribution, it has now been transformed into an array of unique luxury holiday stays.

Coming from hospitality, PR, events, marketing and fashion backgrounds, the project is an organic take on what they feel should be offered to guests when taking time away from their busy schedules. The pair's deep-rooted level of hospitality not only comes from their working backgrounds but also from welcoming friends and family into their homes over the years; this familiar approach has been the cornerstone of every decision to ensure that all guests staying with them feel welcome, unique and at home. 

Paradise Farm sits in the middle of a triumvirate of Suffolk's most sought-after destinations. Simply put, you sit between the town, the trees, and the sea. 

The pairs backgrounds have helped shape everything you see and feel whilst staying at Paradise Farm. Each product, partnership, and placement has been carefully considered to align aesthetically and intrinsically with the owners' values and vision for the perfect stay. Utilising localised, emerging business owners and championing independent crafts, the idea is to give guests an experience they can not only enjoy but also learn from as they experience the design and production of items that are unique to the surroundings.
